Harlow 70s Rock n Roll band, with hit songs: Cheater and Can’t Make It

Both songs where recorded at Apple Studios in NY in the mid 1970s and released in late 1977 on an anthology album called New York New Wave and both songs made it to the top of the European charts by late 1978.

Entered the New York Scene in early 1970s members;
